Meaning, “From the berries to the glass, we offer you all of Sardinia”.A drink full of spirit, typical, intense and well structured, made by infusing selected myrtle berries in 100% Italian wheat alcohol. Ruby red in colour, its aroma is robust and unmistakeable, with hints of rosemary, eucalyptus and juniper. Alcohol content 29°. I suggest drinking this spirit at a temperature of 9° as a digestive, but it’s up to you to use it creatively in delicious cocktails or as a special flavouring for meat and venison dishes.
