Meaning, “precious sweetness of Sardinia”.A full-bodied, bright red drink, full of spirit and scented with the typical perfume of the myrtle plant which blends beautifully with a delicate, sweet, fresh balsamic aftertaste and light vegetable hints. It is made by infusing selected myrtle berries in 100% Italian wheat alcohol, sweetened with asphodel honey. Alcohol content 30°. I suggest drinking this spirit at a temperature of 9° as a digestive, or to add an explosion of flavour to ice cream or strawberry desserts.
