The tannins in the leaves make this an astringent drink, with a strong, evident berry flavour, creating a new, wild taste that’s also elegant, with hints of rosemary, resin and Oriental spices. Alcohol content 27°. I suggest drinking this spirit at a temperature of 9° as a digestive or aperitif, taking your time to discover its many facets.
